My Own Story

I know the struggle firsthand. After years of restrictive dieting and binge eating, I finally broke free and now, I help women do the same. The lessons I’ve learnt from overcoming these challenges shaped the fat loss approach I teach today, one that’s sustainable, flexible, and free from extremes.
