I believe fat loss shouldn’t mean restriction or misery, and my clients’ results prove just how possible it is. I know the struggle firsthand. I battled restrictive dieting, bingeing, and an unhealthy relationship with food that made me hate my reflection. But I turned it all around.

Now, I’m the strongest, healthiest, and most confident version of myself and I did it without cutting out my favourite foods. My mission? To help women break free from diet cycles and achieve sustainable fat loss while still enjoying the foods they love.
